1. Prohibited Spam Practices
- The app must not contain repetitive content, excessive ads, or misleading metadata.
- It is strictly prohibited to manipulate ratings, reviews, or downloads to boost visibility.
- Auto-generated, copied, or scraped content without added value is not allowed.
- Users are not allowed to send spam messages, comments, or notifications.
2. Minimum Functionality Requirements
- The app must provide genuine and unique functionality that enhances user experience.
- Apps with broken links, crashing issues, or incomplete features will be removed.
- Apps must not require users to download additional apps to function properly.
- The app should be responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
3. Enforcement & Compliance
- Any violation of this policy may result in temporary or permanent removal from Google Play.
- Repeat offenders may face legal action or account suspension.

If you encounter spam content or an app that violates minimum functionality standards, please report it with:

- Detailed description of the issue
